*  to partner with you in an ethical and compassionate manner.
*  to help you accept yourself as a perfect being.
*  to aid you in skillfully sharing yourself and your talents with the world.

*  to share insights into how to treasure each new moment and situation.

Yoga Instruction

Embarking on my Yoga studies in 1995, and having taught it since 2001, I know first-hand the benefits of a well-rounded practice.  I've developed an eclectic, non-dogmatic and intuitive approach that allows me to meet a broad range of students' needs and experience levels.

Whether you're challenged by an injury or illness, or crave more vitality, Yoga has something for you -- not in a formulaic way, but through an individualized practice.  It facilitates a re-uniting of mind, body and spirit as a whole.  It's not a sport, an exercise, nor a religion, but it challenges all your faculties to act as one.

  Yoga practice can:
  1. Increase strength, flexibility, endurance and physical balance.
  2. Improve posture, awareness of physical habits and efficiency of movement.
  3. Increase concentration, calm, and clarity.
  4. Improve lung capacity, breathing habits and all bodily systems.
  5. Increase vitality, creativity, sensitivity and open mind.

Shamanic Healing

Shamanism is not a religion, nor do you need to be familiar with indigenous cultures to participate.  However, for a meaningful session, clients must desire change, communicate honestly and engage in the process.  I cannot and will not do the work for you, but with you.

Growing up, our relationships teach the roles of Victim (it's your fault that I hurt), Perpetrator (I'm not messed up, it's you) or Rescuer (I'll help you, at great sacrifice, which I resent).  This is the Drama Triangle.  These roles are natural; we can even slide from one role to another.  They're the stuff of typical arguments and the arsenal of master manipulators.  With maturity and perspective, we come to know the hurt and deception created by the Drama Triangle, yet it's hard to stop the behavior.

This is because the Drama Triangle is fertile ground for Imprints.  An Imprint is an instinctive response to a chronic or single traumatic event in the past, that has become a compulsion in the present.  An Imprint may have saved your life, for example, by numbing your feelings in an abusive situation.  Even knowing the root of the pattern, you may still be compelled to withdraw from intense things, whether you want to or not. This is because the Imprint resides in your Luminous Energy Field (LEF) -- untouched by intellect and will power.  Shamanism directly works with the LEF.

In addition to working with Imprints, we can extract energies that don't belong to you, or work with deceased loved ones, retrieve your lost soul pieces, and more.  During a session, each stage is determined by what's needed at present, and always advances with your permission and active participation.

Shamanic work is done in Sacred Space and is informed by the Divine.  I am guided by Great Spirit, my Guides and the lineage of Medicine People.  My ego steps out of the way, and I facilitate healing.  Despite the magnitude of the work, you'll feel grounded and peaceful when it's done.  This work fosters a homecoming for your highest potential, with the larger intention to heal all beings and Mother Earth.
